We also collect this information when you apply for a role via our careers page. We do not collect any data passively beyond what is necessary to process your enquiry.

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry or job application, and — if you explicitly opted in — to send you occasional updates about IRDWorld such as new projects, research notes, and open roles. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used only to communicate with you directly.
4. Data Retention
We retain enquiry and application data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. To request early deletion of your data, email hello@irdworld.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' and we will process your request within 7 business days.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely via our form processing provider (Formspree) and our email systems. We do not store contact form submissions in a database of our own. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
6. Cookies
This website uses only essential technical cookies required for the site to function correctly. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics tools that profile your behaviour. We use Formspree to process contact form submissions. Formspree receives the data you submit via our contact form and forwards it to our email. No other third-party services receive your personal data. We do not use advertising networks, data brokers, or social media tracking pixels on this website.
